We provide consulting, coaching, and training services designed to enhance the skills of existing customer service teams. Services may be delivered online or in person. We also provide digital training resources, including written and interactive content.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

• To create an account, you must provide your name and email address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if misuse occurs.

4. Payments and Fees

• Currently, payments are not processed directly on contracx.com.

• Invoices and payments for services may be handled separately through direct arrangements.

• We may introduce site-based payments in the future, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, and methodologies provided by ContraCX Consulting are the intellectual property of the Company.

• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use training resources solely for internal business purposes.

• Redistribution, resale, reverse-engineering, or reproduction of any materials without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

• Not copy, resell, or misrepresent our training methods or content.

• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of our systems or third-party integrations (including Base44).

7. Disclaimers

• Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• While we provide professional consulting and training, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or customer satisfaction metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContraCX Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ContraCX Consulting, its officers, employees, and partners, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
